摘要
可溶解铝合金在非常规油气田的增效开采技术中发挥着非常重要的作用。为了让油气勘探技术人员、可溶材料方面的科研人员能够直观地掌握目前国内可溶解铝合金相关技术的研究现状,对可溶解铝合金材料技术的中国专利申请状况进行了检索,分析了专利申请类型、主要专利申请人以及核心技术领域。结果显示,在样本库中,可溶解铝合金材料技术实用新型专利申请数量为19%,发明专利申请数量为81%。高校和科研院所注重可溶解铝合金的溶解机理和性能优化,企业注重可溶解铝合金的装置工具技术。可溶解铝合金制造技术、封隔器和桥塞等装置技术以及可溶解铝合金性能优化改进技术是目前主要的研究热点。
Dissolvable aluminum alloy plays a very important role in the efficiency-enhancing production technology of unconventional oil and gas fields.In order to allow oil and gas exploration technicians and researchers in the field of soluble materials to intuitively grasp the current research status of domestic dissolvable aluminum alloy related technologies,the Chinese patent application status of dissolvable aluminum alloy material technology was searched and patent type,main patent applicant and core technical field were analyzed.The results show that in the searched database,utility model patent applications of dissolvable aluminum alloy material technology account for 19%,and invention patent applications account for 81%.Universities and research institutes pay attention to the research of dissolution mechanism and performance optimization of dissolvable aluminum alloy,while enterprises focus on the device and tool technology.Dissolvable aluminum alloy manufacturing technology,packer,bridge plug and other device technology,and dissolvable aluminum alloy performance optimization and improvement are currently the main research hotspots.
