井下挂环技术在多元热流体井筒腐蚀监测中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 井筒腐蚀监测是进行腐蚀问题研究与防治的必要环节。基于常用腐蚀监测方法和油田现场应用情况,论述了井筒腐蚀监测技术的发展现状。结合现场实际情况,从工艺流程和监测结果评价方法两方面介绍了井下挂环工艺技术,给出了具体的计算方法和评价标准。以多元热流体注入井为例,介绍了井下挂环技术的应用情况,计算了各挂环的平均腐蚀速率和局部腐蚀速率,并对腐蚀情况进行了评价。研究结果表明:内挂环腐蚀速率整体比外挂环大,最大达到1.85 mm/a;内挂环腐蚀严重部位位于管柱的中部和下部,外挂环腐蚀严重部位位于管柱的下部。根据研究结果可对腐蚀严重区域进行重点防治。 Wellbore corrosion monitoring is necessary in corrosion research.Based on the commonly used corrosion monitoring methods and the application in oilfield,the current situation of the development of corrosion monitoring technology is discussed.Combined with the actual situation on site,the technology of downhole hanging ring is introduced from two aspects of process flow and evaluation method of monitoring results,and the specific calculation method and evaluation standard are given.For example,application of downhole hanging ring technology in multiple thermal fluid injection well introduced,the average corrosion rate and local corrosion rate of each hanging ring are calculated,and the corrosion situation is evaluated.The results show that the corrosion rate of the inner ring is larger than that of the outer ring,and the maximum corrosion rate is 1.85 mm/a;the corroded part of the inner ring is located in the middle and lower part of the pipe string,and the corroded part of the outer ring is located in the lower part of the pipe string.According to the results of the study,the prevention and control of severe corrosion area can be carried out.
