检波器埋置工序数字化管理技术

The Technique of Digital Management for Geophone Planting Procedure

检波器的埋置效果直接影响着地震采集资料的品质。地震采集生产过程中,需要在完成检波点布设之后,设置巡查工序来保证检波器埋置的质量,这给野外作业的管理带来了巨大挑战。为此提出了一种针对检波器埋置工序的数字化管理技术,通过在野外持有安装检波点拍照助手APP的手簿终端,在对所埋置检波器进行拍照的过程中自动将照片名称修改为对应桩号,并在室内进一步通过工序管理软件对施工数据和拍摄照片进行分析统计,最大程度地实现野外作业的数字化。实际应用效果证明,该技术能够准确、高效地完成检波器埋置工序的管理任务,简化了工作流程,从而达到提高生产效率的目的。

The result of geophone planting directly affects the quality of seismic data.In the process of seismic acquisition,it is necessary to set the procedure of patrol inspection after planting geophone to guarantee its quality.This takes great challenges to the management of field operation.As to this point,this paper proposes a kind of digital management technique aiming at geophone planting procedure.By using the handheld terminal with the geophone photo assistant APP in the field,the picture′s file name can be renamed automatically to the corresponding station number after the photo is taken.Then the analysis and statistics of the production data and taken photos can be made by using the procedure management software indoors.So that the field operation can be digitized to the greatest extent.The effects of practical application in some survey projects demonstrate that this technique can finish the job of the management of geophone planting procedure precisely and efficiently,simplify the work procedure,so as to achieve the purpose of improving seismic productivity.
