RH真空室在钢水质量控制中的问题与对策

摘要 针对鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司RH真空室使用过程中钢水成分和钢水温度均不理想的问题,分析了影响钢水质量因素,采取真空室吹扫、真空室涮洗、真空度测试等措施后,RH处理的钢水成分合格率提高到100%,钢水温度合格率由82%提高到95%,重点钢种探伤合格率由90%提高至98%。 With regard to the problem that compositions in molten steel and the temperature of molten steel were unfavorable in quality control of molten steel by RH vacuum chamber in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the factors of influencing the quality of molten steel were analyzed.After taking such measures as purging the vacuum chamber,rinsing the vacuum chamber and checking the vacuum chamber,the acceptance rate of compositions in molten steel treated by RH reached to 100%,the acceptance rate of molten steel temperature increased to more than 95%from 82%,and the acceptance rate of key steel grades checked by flaw detection increased to 98%from 90%.
