摘要
分析了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司的供电系统组成,建立了电力需量决策分析系统,制定了需量控制统筹方案。以检修为例,根据检修计划对能源介质、发电量、生产工艺负荷等数据进行再分析以调整统筹方案,并建立了电力需量控制数学模型。该模型使用后,月均基本电费降低464万元。
The components in terms of the power supply system in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.were analyzed.And then the decision analyzing system on power demand was established while the plan in entirety for controlling power demand was determined.Taking the maintenance for power system as a scheduled example in overhauling,the plan in entirety for controlling power demand was adjusted after such data as energy medium,generated energy,production process load were reanalyzed according to the maintenance plan and then the mathematical model for controlling the power demand was established.After the model was put into use,the basic electricity cost per month on the average was reduced by 4.64 million yuan RMB.
