摘要
将经济学理论盲目引进教育学领域,将企业生产过程和产品质量评价制度用于学生评价教师教学过程和效果,存在很多理论和实践问题。解决学生评价教师教学的信度和效度问题的路径是:增加教学内容科学性、系统性、学术性、教育性的权重比例,适当降低教学方法、教学技术的权重比例;分类设计共同性和差异性融合的指标体系;更加强调教学效果评价,坚持按照校级教学督导专家评价、院级教学督导专家评价、学生评价定量成绩权重比例计算最终量化成绩,抵消学生评价的信度和效度问题,同时向专业系和教师反馈定性鉴定评语。
Introducing economics theory blindly into educational field and applying enterprises’ production process and product quality evaluation system into students’ evaluation of teachers cause many theoretical and practical problems. The way to solve the problem of reliability and validity of students’ teaching evaluation is to increase the weight ratio of scientific, systematic, academic and educational teaching content, and appropriately reduce the weight ratio of teaching methods and teaching techniques, to design a unified index system of commonness and difference by classification, to put more emphasis on the evaluation of teaching effect, and to adhere to the evaluation according to the evaluation of school level teaching supervision experts and the evaluation of college level teaching quality. The final quantitative results are calculated to offset the validity of student evaluation. At the same time, qualitative appraisal comments are fed back to professional departments and teachers.
