乡村振兴视角下传统村落人居环境转型发展研究

Research on the Transformation and Development of Traditional Villages’Human Settlement under the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

以传统村落人居环境研究为基础,将传统村落人居环境转型发展作为一个系统概念,深入剖析传统村落人居环境转型发展与乡村振兴之间的耦合关联,探索乡村振兴视角下传统村落人居环境的转型发展路径。研究表明:(1)传统村落人居环境转型发展是依靠系统内生动力和外生动力实现优化升级的动态变迁过程,由自然生态环境、社会文化环境、地域空间环境和多元主体环境等多维系统构成。(2)传统村落人居环境转型发展与乡村振兴之间存在可衔接性,其耦合机制在于乡村振兴的系列发展要求驱动着传统村落人居环境各系统要素的调整与优化,而传统村落人居环境转型发展为乡村振兴注入力量,二者相辅相成、相互促进。(3)乡村振兴视角下传统村落人居环境的转型发展应以乡村振兴总要求为指导,修复自然生态环境系统、健全社会文化环境系统、优化地域空间环境系统、调控多元主体适应系统,将传统村落建设为生态宜居、富裕文明、产业兴旺、治理有效的乡村社区。通过探讨传统村落人居环境全方面、多要素、系统化的改造与更新,为中国乡村人居环境理论与实践发展提供重要参考。

Based on the theory of traditional villages’human settlement environment,in this study,we took the transformation and development of traditional villages’human settlement environment as a systematic concept,deeply analyzed the coupling relationship between the transformation and development of traditional villages’human settlement environment and the rural revitalization,and then explored the transformation and development path of traditional villages’human settlement environment from the perspective of rural revitalization.The research results show as follows.(1)The transformation and development of traditional villages’human settlement environment is a process of dynamic change,which relies on the endogenous and exogenous powers of the system to achieve the optimization and upgrade.And it is composed of the natural ecological environment,social and cultural environment,regional spatial environment and multiple subject environment.(2)There is a connection between the transformation and development of traditional villages’human settlement environment and the rural revitalization.The coupling mechanism is that the series of development requirements for the rural revitalization drive the adjustment and optimization of the system elements of the traditional village human settlement environment,and the transformation and development of traditional villages’human settlement environment inject strength into the rural revitalization.The two complement each other and promote each other.(3)From the perspective of rural revitalization,the transformation and development of traditional villages’human settlement environment should be guided by the general requirements of rural revitalization to restore the natural ecological environment system,improve the social and cultural environment system,optimize the regional spatial environment system,and regulate the adaptive system of multiple subjects.Traditional villages are built into rural communities with ecological livability,wealth and civilization,thriving industries,and effective governance.By exploring the comprehensive,multi-element,and systematic transformation and renewal of traditional villages’human settlement environment,this study provides an important reference for the development of the theory and practice of the Chinese rural human settlement environment.
