摘要 近年来,输电线路施工深基坑作业安全事故频发。针对深基坑作业缺乏自救、他救措施的现状,文章阐述了一种可实时监测作业环境安全性并在人员遇险后可实现自救和他救等功能的深基坑作业在线监测与智能救援装置的研制。该装置可实现深基坑内有毒有害气体检测、坑内作业人员姿态感知等功能,在发生安全事故时发出警报,同时可以控制鼓风机以保障坑内空气质量,控制卷扬机对坑内作业人员进行救援。现场应用情况表明,该装置可显著提高深基坑作业的安全水平。 In recent years,accidents have frequently occurred during deep foundation trench operation in transmission line construction.In view of the lack of rescue measures in deep foundation trench operation,this paper proposes an online monitoring and intelligent rescue device,which can monitor the safety of operation environment in real time and realize rescue functions when there is danger.The device can detect the poisonous and harmful gas in deep foundation trench,sense the posture of the operators in the trench,give an alarm in case of accident,control the blower to ensure the air quality in the trench,and control the windlass to rescue the operators in the trench.Field application has shown that the device can significantly improve the safety level of deep foundation trench operation.
