摘要
提出一种测量非制冷红外焦平面探测器偏置电压上微小噪声的方法。以Ulis公司PICO384探测器为例,通过分析偏压在不同频段的噪声要求,考虑运算放大器的噪声特性,针对性地构建了四组不同频段的放大滤波电路,并进行了详细的电路选型分析设计,最后对四组放大滤波电路的稳定性、频率特性和噪声水平进行分析仿真,验证了方法的可行性。
A method of measuring the tiny noise on the bias voltage of uncooled infrared focal plane detector is proposed.With the PICO384 detector of Ulis as an example,four groups of amplification filter circuits in different frequency bands are constructed and detailed circuit selection analysis and design are carried out,based on the analysis of noise requirements of bias voltage in different frequency bands as well as noise characteristics of operational amplifiers.Finally,the stability,frequency characteristics and noise level of the four groups of amplification filter circuits are analyzed and simulated to verify the feasibility of the method.
