摘要
随着深度调峰持续深入,供热机组的供热需求和电网调峰之间存在一定矛盾,准确计算供热机组调峰能力成为热点问题。文章运用等效焓降法分析供热机组的出力特性,发现机组负荷的可调区间随着供汽流量大小而改变,可以通过确定机组主蒸汽流量的上下限得到负荷可调区间;改变供汽流量可以得到机组调峰范围随供汽流量变化的曲线。同时针对某600 MW机组实际供热工况进行了实例分析,得到了机组在中排供汽100 t/h情况下机组的调峰范围为256 MW至580 MW。
The development of deep peak regulation gives rise to contradiction between the demand of heating units and the peak regulation of the grid.Accurate calculation of the peak regulation capacity of heating units has become a hot issue.In this paper,equivalent enthalpy drop method is adopted to analyze the output characteristics of the heating unit.According to the findings,the adjustable load range changes with the heat flow and can be obtained by determining the main steam flow;the curve of peak load regulation range with heat flow can be obtained by changing the steam flow.The quantitative calculation of a 600 MW unit is carried out,and the adjustable power range from 256 MW to 580 MW is obtained when the heat flow is 100 t/h from middle pumping steam.
