思政元素融入现代学徒制中的思考

Reflections on the Integration of Ideological and Political Elements into Modern Apprenticeship

讨论了如何在现代学徒制人才培养过程中融入思政元素,构建新的思政育人体系。文章结合现代学徒制学生思政教育的调研数据以及具体教学改革的实践成果,从人才培养方案的制定、思政育人体系的重新布局以及学徒制学生身份的法律分析等方面更深更广地挖掘思政育人空间,以期更好地培养新型技能人才,实现立德树人的教育目标。

It is discussed how to integrate new ideological and political elements into talent cultivation in modern apprenticeship system and build a new ideological and political education system.Combining the research data of the current situation and the practical results of teaching reform,this paper,from the aspects of formulation of talent training program,rearrangement of ideological and political education system and legal analysis of the identity of apprentice students,explores deeper and wider ideological and political education space to better realize the goal of cultivating talents with new skills.
