摘要
随着业务的拓展与增多,中心站海洋预警报工作量呈现出潮汐式饱满状态。为此,基于WebGIs和模式预报可视化技术,南通中心站建立了一套集资料查询、数值结果可视化、预警报单定制后自动预填、校对审核以及一键发送功能于一体的中心站级预警报制作发布一体化系统,实现了预警报产品在人机交互平台上的快建制作,多份预报单同步生成,并使用符合预报资操作习慣的展示方式。中心站级海洋预警报制作发布一体化系统由参考资料、日常预报单(包括风、浪、潮、流、水温等預报安素)、海浪警报、风暴潮警报以及审核发布功能组成,被系统自2019年5月业务化运行至今,性能稳定可靠,大大提高了预警报工作的自动化.水平,显著提高了海洋预警报制作发布的工作效率和正确率,具有较大的应用前景和推广价值。
With the extension and development of business,marine forecast and warning workload of the ocean center station has already saturated.Therefore,based on WebGIS and forecast model visualization technology,Nantong marine environmental monitoring center station has established an integrated system to produce and release marine forecast and warning at center station level.The system integrates the functions of data query,visualization of numerical results,automatic pre-filling after customization of forecast and warning report,proofreading and review,and one click sending function.The system realizes the rapid production of forecast and warning products on the human-computer interaction platform,the synchronous generation of multiple forecast sheets,and uses the display mode in line with the forecasters'operation habits.The system was put into operation in May 2019,and the performance has been stable and reliable,which greatly improved the automatic level of forecast and warning,and the efficiency and accuracy of marine forecast and warning.The system has great application prospect.
