以新能源为主体的新型电力系统背景下抽水蓄能标准体系建设的思考 被引量:7

摘要 在“双碳”目标驱动下,抽水蓄能作为目前电力系统中最成熟、最实用的大规模储能方式,是助力新能源快速发展,构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的重要组成部分。抽水蓄能标准作为抽水蓄能行业发展历程中技术和经验的总结,是推动抽水蓄能技术进步、规范发展的重要技术支撑,也是推动抽水蓄能高质量发展的重要抓手。通过梳理和研究中国抽水蓄能标准现状,提出了抽水蓄能标准体系构建的基本原则和基本框架,并对抽水蓄能标准体系建设工作提出了建议,为抽水蓄能技术标准体系的不断完善提供借鉴。 Driven by China's commitment to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060,pumped-storage power station,a mature and practical large-scale energy storage mode in the current power system,plays an important role in the rapid development of new energy and in the building of the new power system with new energy at its core.As summary of the technologies and experiences in the development of pumped-storage power station industry,the standard for pumped-storage power station is an important pillar of the technical progress and development of the pumped-storage power station technology.It is also a vital foundation for the high quality development of pumped-storage power station.Based upon analysis and study of the current pumped-storage power station standards in China,this paper puts forward the basic principles and framework for the building of the pumped-storage power station standard system,and makes policy proposals for the building of the pumped-storage power station standard system.
