摘要
光热项目汽轮机组具有超高转速、启停频繁、挠性连接、低位布置等特点。为配置减速箱能够实现汽轮机转速的变化,适应光热项目的特点需求,针对光热发电工程汽轮机机组特性,深入分析光热设备特点,基于传统单中心线找正施工方式,提出以减速箱为中心线分别往两侧同时施工方法,研制挠性连接支撑固定装置,为高压缸安装过程中挠性板强度不足提供解决办法,为光热发电工程机组安全、稳定、经济运行提供借鉴。
The steam turbine unit of the CSP project is featured by ultra-high speed,frequent start-stop,flexible connection,and low-level arrangement.To configure the reduction box and realize the change of the speed of the steam turbine and adapt to the characteristics of the CSP project,the characteristics of the CSP equipment were analyzed in depth with focus on the characteristics of the steam turbine unit of the CSP project.With reference to the traditional construction method of alignment with single center line,this paper proposes the method of simultaneous construction on both sides of the reduction box.In addition,support and fixing device with flexible connection is developed to provide solutions for the insufficient strength of the flexible plate during the installation of the high-pressure cylinder.This paper provides a reference for the safe,stable and economical operation of the power generation unit of the CSP project.
