X90M管线钢多丝直缝埋弧焊接模拟与分析

摘要 以大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS作为模拟分析工具,基于施加在DFLUX子程序中的双椭球热源模型,采用间接耦合方式和“生死单元”算法,模拟X90M钢板内、外三丝直缝埋弧焊接过程,获得了相应的焊接温度场及残余应力场。结果表明:内、外多丝直缝埋弧焊接在焊接工艺参数一定的条件下,每丝的起始焊接时间(或焊丝间距)决定是否形成共同熔池;多丝共熔池焊接因多热源温度场叠加作用剧烈,熔池峰值温度高于多丝单熔池焊接时的,较高的焊接温度场使得焊接过程中能够较为充分地进行冶金反应,且有效降低焊接接头及其附近的冷却速度,使得多丝共熔池焊接形成的焊接接头的焊后残余应力也相对较小。在兼顾质量和生产效率的前提下,X90M多丝直缝埋弧焊接生产实践推荐采用多丝共熔池焊接工艺。 By using large general finite element software ABAQUS as a simulation analysis tool in this paper,based on the double ellipsoidal heat source applied in DFLUX subroutine,the process of internal and external three wire longitudinal submerged arc welding of X90M steel plate is simulated through indirect coupling method and“birth-death element”algorithm,and the welding temperature field and residual stress field are obtained.The results show that when the welding process parameters of internal and external multi wire longitudinal submerged arc welding are certain,the initial welding time(or wire spacing)of each wire determine whether to form a common weld pool;the peak temperature of multi wire eutectic pool welding is higher than that of single wire pool welding due to the severe superposition of multi heat source temperature field,the higher welding temperature field makes the metallurgical reaction in the welding process more fully,and can effectively reduce the cooling rate of the welded joint and its vicinity,resulting in the welded joint formed by multi wire eutectic pool welding has smaller residual stress.On the premise of considering both quality and production efficiency,the multi wire eutectic pool welding process is recommended in the production practice of X90M multi wire longitudinal submerged arc welding。
