摘要 为了解决羊毛衫设计周期长,制造过程耗时费力的问题,提出了基于四针床电脑横机的全成形羊毛衫纸样设计及其模拟方法,利用岛精公司的SDS-ONE APEX软件,对全成形羊毛衫的纸样轮廓进行设计并且进行模拟分析,为全成形羊毛衫的设计与生产提供了一定的指导。其次,针对羊毛衫设计时效性不强的问题,本文对羊毛衫进行模拟展示,提高了全成形羊毛衫设计的实效性,实现了纸样和轮廓设计的三维可视化。由此,全成形羊毛衫实时设计实时模拟的设计方式更符合针织毛纺企业面向消费者的个性化设计需求,增强了模拟展示技术对于羊毛衫产品设计的影响力,为全成形羊毛衫的设计、模拟技术提供参考。 In order to solve the problems of long design cycle and time-consuming and laborious manufacturing process of sweater,the paper pattern design and simulation method of fully formed sweater based on four needle bed computerized flat knitting machine was proposed in this paper.The pattern contour of fully formed sweater was designed and simulated by using SDS-ONE APEX software of Shima Seiki Company,which provided some guidance for the design and production of fully formed sweater.Secondly,aiming at the problem that the timeliness of sweater design is not strong,the sweater was simulated and displayed,and the effectiveness of fully formed sweater design was improved,and the three-dimensional visualization of pattern and contour design was realized.Therefore,the design method of real-time design and simulation of fully formed sweaters is more in line with the personalized design needs of knitted woolen textile enterprises for consumers,enhances the influence of simulation display technology on sweater product design,and provides a reference for the design and simulation technology of fully formed sweaters.
