蚕桑产业虚拟经济和实体经济平衡下的“四链”重构

“Four Chains”Reconstruction under the Balance between Virtual Economy and Real Economy of Sericulture Industry

“四链”重构是近年来农村产业融合发展理论研究中提出的新理念。本文基于对蚕桑产业的SWTO分析结果,探索了虚拟经济和实体经济平衡下蚕桑产业的产业链、价值链、供应链和利益链的发展方式。在实体经济方面:延伸蚕桑的产业链,实现产业规模化发展;提升产业的价值链,开发多元价值体系;优化产业的供应链,完善基础设施;完善产业利益链,实现互利共赢。在虚拟经济方面:线上线下推动蚕桑产业融合发展,挖掘产业的绿色生态价值,强化线上供应新模式,引导健全服务体系建设。“四链”重构有望实现蚕桑实体经济和虚拟经济协调发展,这对探索蚕桑产业供给侧结构性改革具有参考意义。

“Four chain”reconstruction is a new concept put forward in the theoretical research of rural industrial integration development in recent years.Based on the results of SWTO analysis of sericulture industry,this paper explored the development mode of industrial chain,value chain,supply chain and interest chain of sericulture industry under the balance of virtual economy and real economy.In terms of real economy:sericulture industry should extend the industrial chain of sericulture and realize the large-scale development of industry;enhance the industrial value chain and develop a diversified value system;optimize the industrial supply chain and improve the infrastructure;improve the industrial interest chain to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.In terms of Virtual Economy:the sericulture industry should promote the integrated development of online and offline industries,tap green ecological value,strengthen the new mode of online supply,and guide and improve the construction of service system.The reconstruction of“four chains”is expected to realize the coordinated development of sericulture real economy and virtual economy,which has a certain reference function for the supply side structural reform of sericulture industry.
