摘要
扩散峰度成像(DKI)是一种以生物组织内水分子扩散运动呈非高斯分布为理论基础的功能MRI技术,能够描述组织内水分子扩散运动受限的真实情况,准确反映组织微观结构的复杂程度,目前已用于直肠癌的诊疗及疗效评估。介绍DKI的原理及其定量参数,概述DKI在直肠癌诊断、临床病理特征评价、分子生物学特征表征及新辅助疗效评估方面的研究进展,分析DKI在直肠癌应用中的局限性。
Diffusion kurtosis imaging,based on the non-Gaussian distribution of the diffusion of water molecules in bio-tissue,is a functional magnetic resonance imaging technology.It can truly describe the diffusion of water molecules in bio-tissue and accurately reflect the complexity of bio-tissue microstructures.At present,it has been applied in treatment and therapeutic assessment of rectal cancer.In this review,we introduced the basics and parameters of diffusion kurtosis imaging and summarized the recent progresses in tumor staging,and assessments of clinicopathological characteristics,molecular biological characteristics and response to neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy.In addition,we discussed the limitations of diffusion kurtosis imaging in rectal cancer.
