摘要
目的通过定期对环境和物体表面监测找出新冠核酸检测实验室可能存在的核酸污染,采取有效的防控措施对污染源以及潜在高风险污染源及时进行处理,以保证检测结果的准确性和实验室运行的稳定性。方法采用RT-PCR技术对实验室环境、物体表面、仪器设备进行采样监测。根据监测结果对被污染的实验室环境以及设备进行彻底消毒并通过实验室方法确认污染的消除。结果通过定期彻底清洁、消毒,新冠核酸检测实验室污染渐渐消除,最终通过实验确认核酸污染的清除,实验室环境可正常进行新冠病毒核酸检测。结论对新冠实验室定期进行环境监测,能够及时发现核酸污染源,及早通过物理化学消毒方法得到有效防治,从而保证新冠病毒核酸检测结果的准确性。
Objective To monitor and prevent nucleic acid contamination in the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid testing laboratory,and to take effective measures to control the nucleic acid contamination,ensuring the stability and accuracy of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test.Methods RT-PCR technology was used to detect the sample which was collected from the laboratory environment and equipment.The contaminated equipment and environment were cleaned and sterilized thoroughly to eliminate the contamination which was confirmed by the experiment.Results The contamination of nucleic acid was gradually eliminated by sterilization.And finally,the elimination of contamination was confirmed by the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test.PCR experiments can be carried out in the laboratory.Conclusion The regular environmental monitor is useful to find the nucleic acid contamination and to improve the accuracy of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test results.
