摘要
在经济社会转入高质量发展阶段,教育与产业的融合及其良性互动成为高等职业教育深化产教融合的时代命题。我国高职院校产业学院作为产教融合、校企合作重要的组织载体和实施机构,有着建设目标明晰、组织结构创新、建设内容跨界等特征,其建设是高职院校实现差异化发展、特色化发展的重要举措,符合新时期高职院校发展的需要;同时,也面临着内涵建设深化存在“硬伤”、政策环境有待完善、协调机制有待健全等困境。为此,需要采取以下举措来应对:拓展合作对象,实现面向产业的办学形式;强化政策供给,完善和优化产业学院建设的政策支持体系;让产业标准入课程,实现人才培养模式从形式到内容的转变;完善协调机制,进一步理顺合作各方之间的关系。
As China's economy and society turns into a high-quality development stage,the integration and benign interaction of education and industry has become the era proposition of deepening the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education.The construction of industrial college is an important measure for higher vocational colleges to realize differentiated and characteristic development,which meets the needs of the development of higher vocational colleges in the new era.As an important organizational carrier and implementing institution for the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation,the industrial college of higher vocational colleges has the characteristics of clear construction objectives,innovative organizational structure and cross-border construction content.At the same time,it is also faced with obvious shortcomings in connotation construction and development,the policy environment needs to be improved and the coordination mechanism needs to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to expand the cooperation objects and realize the form of school running oriented to industry;to strengthen policy supply,improve and optimize the policy support system for the construction of industrial colleges;to bring industrial standards into the curriculum and realize the transformation of talent training mode from form to content;to improve the coordination mechanism and further rationalize the relationship between the cooperative parties.
