摘要
高水平的教师队伍是构建高质量劳动教育体系的关键,劳动教育教师培养是推进新时代高职院校劳动教育高质量发展的基础性、先导性和全局性工作。当前,我国高职院校劳动教育教师培养面临的主要挑战表现在劳动教育教师数量严重不足,劳动教育教师培养培训模式单一,高层次劳动教育师资匮乏等方面。因此,高职院校劳动教育教师培养的实践策略在于设置劳动教育专业,扩大培养规模、拓展培养途径和渠道;优化劳动教育教师培养培训模式,探索培养复合型劳动教育教师的有效途径;加大劳动教育专业高水平人才培养力度,提高教师培养的层次与质量。
High level teachers are the key to building a high-quality labor education system.The training of labor education teachers is the basic,guiding and overall work to promote the high-quality development of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era.At present,the main challenges faced by the training of labor education teachers in higher vocational colleges in China are as follows:the number of labor education teachers is seriously insufficient,the training mode of labor education teachers is single,and there is a lack of high-level labor education teachers.Therefore,the practical strategies of training labor education teachers in higher vocational colleges are:setting up labor education specialty,expanding training scale,expanding training ways and channels;optimize the training mode of labor education teachers and explore effective ways to train compound labor education teachers;strengthen the training of high-level talents in labor education,and improve the level and quality of teacher training.
