摘要
自我导向学习具有自主性、发展性、情境性等特点,有助于实现高职院校教师专业发展的个性化和可持续性,是提升高职院校教师专业发展成效的有效方法。以自我导向学习理论为引领,客观分析高职院校教师专业发展现状,并有针对性地提出合理化建议:激发动机、强化自我导向学习意识,提升能力、明晰自我导向学习步骤,创设环境、营造浓厚学习氛围,搭建平台、整合优质学习资源。
Self-directed learning has the characteristics of autonomy,development and situational.It helps to realize the personalized and sustainable development of teachers'professional development in higher vocational colleges.It is an effective form to improve the effectiveness of teachers'professional development in higher vocational colleges.Guided by the self-directed learning theory,this paper objectively analyzes the current situation of teachers'professional development in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward reasonable suggestions:stimulate motivation,strengthen self-directed learning awareness,improve ability and clarify self-directed learning steps,create a strong learning atmosphere,build a platform and integrate high-quality learning resources.
