铁酸铋/GO复合燃速调节剂在丁羟推进剂中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 采用水热法制备了BiFeO_(3)、BiFeO_(3)/GO、钾离子掺杂BiFeO_(3)/GO及铈离子掺杂BiFeO_(3)/GO四种复合材料,研究了材料结构、形貌及其对HMX热分解的催化作用,结果发现铈离子掺杂能够有效降低掺杂铁酸铋的粒径分布,铈离子掺杂的BiFeO_(3)/GO对HMX的热分解表现出很好的催化作用,使之热分解起始温度从281℃提前至209℃。分别向丁羟推进剂中添加2%的钾离子掺杂及铈离子掺杂BiFeO_(3)/GO,在3~9 MPa压强下的燃速测试表明含这两种燃速调节剂的丁羟推进剂在相同压强下的燃速和压强指数基本相同,与具有相似组成的含亚铬酸铜及铜铬复合氧化物的丁羟推进剂相比,含掺杂铁酸铋的推进剂燃速更高,压强指数(0.52)与含亚铬酸铜推进剂(0.52)相同,略低于含铜铬复合氧化物的丁羟推进剂(0.54)。 BiFeO_(3),BiFeO_(3)/GO,potassium ion doped BiFeO_(3)/GO and cerium ion doped BiFeO_(3)/GO were prepared by hydrothermal methods.The structures and morphologies of the materials and their catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of HMX were studied.The results show that cerium ion doping can effectively reduce the particle size distribution of the doped BiFeO_(3)/GO.The cerium ion doped sample exhibits a good catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of HMX,which is reduced from 281℃to 209℃.HTPB propellants were prepared with 2%potassium ion doped and cerium ion doped BiFeO_(3)/GO as burning rate modifiers,respectively.The tests at 3~9 MPa show that the burning rate and pressure index of the HTPB propellant containing these two burning rate modifiers are basically the same at the same pressure.Compared with the HTPB propellant containing copper chromite and copper-chromium composite oxide,the propellant containing doped BiFeO_(3)/GO exhibits a higher burning rate at the same pressure.The pressure index(0.52)is comparable to that of copper chromite containing propellant and slightly lower than the HTPB propellant containing copper-chromium composite oxide(0.54).
