一体化饮食指导对胃癌根治术患者术后营养状况及胃肠功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨一体化饮食指导对胃癌根治术患者术后营养状况及胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2018年9月~2019年7月本院肿瘤科收治的胃癌根治手术患者140例,根据随机数字表将患者分为观察组和对照组,各70例。对照组围手术期间实施常规饮食指导,观察组实施一体化饮食护理指导,比较两组干预前后营养状况、术后康复情况及生活质量。结果观察组干预后血红蛋白、白蛋白、总蛋白水平显著高于对照组(t=6.024、5.459、4.079,P<0.01)。观察组肛门排气恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、饮食恢复时间、下床活动时间及平均住院时间短于对照组(t=16.817、12.950、21.086、19.419、12.568,P<0.01)。结论一体化饮食指导能有效改善胃癌根治术患者术后营养状况,促进患者术后康复。 Objective To investigate the effect of integrated dietary guidance on postoperative nutritional status and prognosis in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy.Methods 140 cases of patients with radical surgery for gastric cancer admitted to our hospital were selected from September 2018 to July 2019.The patients were divided into observation group(n=70)and control group(n=70)according to the random number table.The control group was implemented with routine dietary guidance during the perioperative period.The observation group was implemented with integrated dietary care guidance.The nutritional status,postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life of two group were compared before and after intervention.Results The levels of hemoglobin,albumin and total protein of observation group were significantly higher than control group(t=6.024、5.459、4.079,P<0.01).The anus exhaust recovery time,bowel sound recovery time,diet recovery time,defecation recovery time,catheter indwelling time,time to get out of bed and average hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than control group(t=16.817、12.950、21.086、19.419、12.568,P<0.01).Conclusion Integrated dietary guidance can effectively improve the postoperative nutritional status of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy,promote postoperative recovery and improve the quality of life of patients.
