基于“三圈理论”的西安市农家书屋建设与发展路径研究

On the Construction and Development Path of Farmers Library in Xi'an Based on “Three-circle Theory”

农家书屋建设是我国公共文化服务的重点内容之一,十五年来,西安的农家书屋工程实现了行政村全覆盖,取得了长足的发展。但随着农村人口的外流、阅读方式的转变,农家书屋的建设也面临一些困境。本文用“三圈理论”分析西安农家书屋建设的成效和问题,从价值维度、能力维度和支持维度三方面探讨推动农家书屋高质量发展的路径。

The construction of farmers library is one of the key contents of public cultural services in China.In the past 15 years,farmers library project in Xi'an has achieved full coverage of administrative villages and has made great progress.But with the outflow of rural population and the change of reading style,the construction of farmers library also faces some difficulties.This paper uses the“Three-circle Theory”to analyze the effects and problems of farmers library construction in Xi'an,and discusses the ways to promote the high-quality development of farmers library from the three aspects of value dimension,ability dimension and support dimension.
