基于《陕西省志·文化艺术志》编纂工作的修志经验探讨

On the Experience of Compiling Chronicles Based on Shaanxi Province Chronicles-Culture and Art

《陕西省志·文化艺术志(1991~2010年)》是一部记述陕西文化与艺术事业历史及发展现状的志书。本文通过梳理第二轮《陕西省志·文化艺术志》的编纂历程,总结出建立分志编纂机构,细化编写分工,注重编纂人员业务培养,巧用方法收集资料,核定收录标准等五个方面的编纂经验,同时提出下一轮陕西省志编纂的建议,以供修志同仁参考与借鉴。

Shaanxi Province Chronicles-Culture and Art(1991~2010)is a chronicle describing the history and development status of Shaanxi culture and art.By combing the compilation process of the second round of Shaanxi Province Chronicles-Culture and Art,this paper summarizes the compilation experience in five aspects:establishing fascicle chronicle compilation institution,refining the compilation division of labor,paying attention to the professional training of editors,skillfully using methods to collect material,and verifying the collection standards.At the same time,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the next round of Shaanxi Province chronicles compilation for reference.
