摘要 【目的】培育适宜贵州省中高海拔地区种植的优质粳稻品种,为提升贵州粳稻生产品质及入选国家粳稻品种资源库提供创制新种质资源。【方法】选用重庆市农业科学院选育的杂交粳稻品种热粳35,在海拔1400 m生态条件下通过系统选育法,围绕适宜贵州中高海拔区域生态条件种植的优质、高产、抗逆、广适等选育目标,通过大群体分离历经8代目标性状进行选育。【结果】经贵州省2019-2020年2年粳稻区域试验鉴定,安粳315平均产量为7413.9 kg/hm^(2),比滇杂31(对照)增产5.96%;生产试验平均产量7806 kg/hm^(2),比滇杂31增产19.3%。平均生育期172.3 d,比滇杂31迟熟4.5 d。【结论】安粳315于2021年通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定(黔审稻20210028),其米质有香味、耐冷性强、稳产高产,适宜贵州省粳稻种植区域种植。 【Objective】To cultivate high-quality japonica rice varieties suitable for planting in middle and high altitude areas of Guizhou Province,improve the quality of japonica rice production in Guizhou,and provide new creative germplasm resources to be selected into national resource database of japonica rice variety.【Method】Aiming at breeding a rice variety,which is suitable for middle and high-elevation areas of Guizhou Province and owns the traits of good quality,high yield,strong resistance and wide application,Rejing 35,a japonica hybrid rice bred by Chongqing Academy of Agricultural Sciences,was selected and planted at an altitude of 1400 m for breeding through systemic breeding and isolation of target traits among population for 8 generations.【Result】According to the two-year japonica rice regional test in Guizhou Province from 2019 to 2020,the average yield of Anjing 315 was 7413.9 kg/hm^(2),which was 5.96% higher than that of Dianza 31(CK).The average yield in the production test was 7806 kg/hm^(2),which was 19.3% higher than that of Dianza 31.The average growth time were 172.3 days,which were 4.5 days later than Dianza 31.【Conclusion】Anjing 315 was approved by Guizhou Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2021(Qianshen Rice 20210028).Anjing 315 is featured with fragrance,cold tolerance,stable and high yield,which is suitable for japonica rice planting areas of Guizhou Province.
