摘要
以2-(2-氟-4-氯-5-炔丙氧基苯基)-四氢咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶-1,3(2H,5H)-二酮(a)为先导化合物,对苯环5-位取代基进行变化合成了11个哌啶并咪唑啉二酮类化合物,并测试了其对苘麻生长的抑制率。结果表明2-(4-氯-5-乙氧基-2-氟苯基)四氢咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶-1,3(2H,5H)-二酮(I-1)、2-氯-5-(1,3-二氧六氢咪唑并[1,5-a]吡啶-2(3H)-基)-4-氟苯甲酸乙酯(I-6)和1-乙氧基-2-甲基-1-氧丙烷-2-基2-氯-5-(1,3-二氧六氢咪唑[1,5-a]吡啶-2(3H)-基)-4-氟苯甲酸酯(I-11)对苘麻生长有较好的抑制活性,但低于先导化合物a的。对构效关系进行了研究,为发现高除草活性的PPO抑制剂提供参考。
Using 2-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-5-(prop-2-yn-1-yloxy)phenyl)tetrahydroimidazo[1,5-a]pyridine-1,3(2H,5H)-dione(a)as the lead compound,eleven piperidine imidazolindiones were synthesized by changing the 5-position substituents of the benzene ring,and their inhibition rate on the growth of velvetleaf(Abutilon theophrasti)was tested.The results showed that 2-(4-chloro-5-ethoxy-2-fluorophenyl)tetrahydroimidazo[1,5-a]pyridine-1,3(2H,5H)-dione(I-1),ethyl 2-chloro-5-(1,3-dioxohexahydroimidazo[1,5-a]pyridin-2(3H)-yl)-4-fluorobenzoate(I-6)and 1-ethoxy-2-methyl-1-oxopropan-2-yl 2-chloro-5-(1,3-dioxohexahydroimidazo[1,5-a]pyridin-2(3H)-yl)-4-fluorobenzoate(I-11)had better inhibitory activity on the growth of velvetleaf(Abutilon theophrasti),but lower than that of lead compound a.The structure-activity relationship was studied to provide reference for the discovery of PPO inhibitors with high herbicidal activity.
