汽车热管理产业发展与技术路径探索

中国汽车工业从2001年加入WTO之后已经发展了20多年,也在向“四化”进行转型和升级,汽车空调产业也在向汽车热管理进行转型,产业发展也从快速增长向波动性多样性稳定增长演进。尤其在国家推进“双碳”政策目标的新形势下,产业也将面临包括技术创新、产品创新、制造创新的多重挑战,本文对于行业已经发生的变化进行了回顾,对未来变化趋势进行了剖析,有助于洞悉技术发展趋势及其对行业的影响。需要我们从用户需求、法规标准、技术开发及技术应用成本几个方面重新进行考量和寻找有效的技术对策。通过法规标准和市场拉动的双轮驱动,在整车厂和车辆热管理系统厂商的合作和共同努力下,积极探索支撑产业发展的技术实现路径,做好产品开发和品质提升,促进汽车热管理产业的健康、有序、高效发展。

China’s automobile industry has developed for more than 20 years since its accession to the WTO in 2001, and it is also undergoing transformation and upgrading to the ‘four modernizations’. The vehicle air conditioning industry is also undergoing transformation to the vehicle thermal management, and the industrial development is also evolving from rapid growth to fluctuating, diversified and stable growth. Especially in the new situation of the national promotion of ‘carbon peaking and carbon neutrality’ policy, the industry will also face multiple challenges including technological innovation, product innovation and manufacturing innovation. This paper reviews the changes that have taken place in the industry and analyzes the future change trend, which is helpful to understand the technological development trend and its impact on the industry. We need to consider and find effective technical countermeasures from the aspects of user demand, regulations and standards, technology development and technology application cost. Through the dual-wheel drive of ‘regulations and standards’ and ‘market pull’, under the cooperation and joint efforts of OEMs and vehicle thermal management system manufacturers, we will actively explore the technical realization path to support the development of the industry, do a good job in product development and quality improvement, and promote the healthy, orderly and efficient development of the vehicle thermal system industry.
