摘要
如何实现有序的行政办公文件管理体系,促进各部门与学校之间的协调与沟通,克服工作沟通不及时、文件管理漏洞多等问题,并提高公文管理质量是高校办公室工作的核心重点。本文通过对高校公文管理常见问题进行总结梳理,分析了当前高校公文管理中的典型问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。
How to achieve an orderly administrative office file management system,and promote the coordination and communication between departments and schools,to overcome the work communication,file loopholes in management problems such as not in time,and improve the quality of document management is the core of the university office work.This paper summarizes the common problems of document management in colleges and universities,analyzes the typical problems in current document management in colleges and universities,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
