党员发展对象培训是发展对象入党前的一次重要学习活动,是党组织对党员发展对象的一次集中考核把关。行动学习是一个团队学习的过程,以解决实践中出现的重要问题为目标,基于现有知识进行质疑和反思,从而解决问题并获得知识提升的过程。将行动学习培训模式引入到党员发展对象培训工作中,有利于提高培训工作实效性,提高培训质量。

The training of Party member development is an important learning activity and it is a centralized examination and control before the candidate joins the Party.In order to ensure the training effect,this paper attempts to introduce the action learning training mode into the training of Party member development,hoping to provide effective ideas for the follow-up training of Party members.
