增强职业教育适应性,打造新时代职业教育创新发展标杆——基于职教试验区、示范区建设,试论天津职教创新发展

Enhancing the Adaptability of Vocational Education and Building a Benchmark for the Innovative Development of Vocational Education in the New Era:On the Innovative Development of Vocational Education in Tianjin Based on the Construction of Vocational Education Pilot and Demonstration Area

文章系统梳理了天津职业教育从改革试验区、创新示范区到示范区升级版的“三区”15年主要建设成果,从坚持五主体制、坚持系统思维、坚持开放理念、坚持大赛引领、坚持服务宗旨的视角,阐释了完善行业企业办学、建设职业教育体系、创成“鲁班工坊”国际品牌、探索职业教育制度创新及助推区域协同协作等五个方面的具体成效。面向教育部与天津市政府共建“职业教育创新发展标杆”新任务,深入思考了创新发展的三大“至要”,即解放思想,筑牢职业教育创新发展的大格局;改革创新,推动天津现代职业教育的大发展;服务发展,构建职业教育创新发展的大平台。

This paper systematically introduces the main construction achievements of vocational education in Tianjin in the past 15 years from the pilot area,innovation demonstration area to demonstration area.From the perspective of adhering to five main bodies system,systematic thought,open concept,competition guidance and service guidance,the paper explains five results including improving the school running system of industry-enterprises,building the vocational education system,creating an international brand of"Luban workshop",exploring the innovation of vocational education system and promoting the regional collaboration.Facing the new task of jointly building the benchmark of innovative development of vocational education between the Ministry of education and Tianjin municipal government,this paper deeply considers three essentials of innovative development,including emancipating the mind to build a solid pattern of innovative development of vocational education,reforming and innovating to promote the great development of modern vocational education and severing the development to build an innovative platform for the development of vocational education.
