摘要
当前,劳动教育存在着“知”和“行”分离、“劳”和“育”分裂的问题,其表现为“脱境之知”对于真实生活的疏离、“脱思之劳”对于整体探究的分解、“脱时之教”对于时代挑战的回避。劳动教育的工程化以真实完整的生活世界为基础,以围绕项目的实践探究为导向,形成工程实践创新项目(EPIP)的教学模式。劳动教育EPIP模式在实践路径上进行项目式课程设计、探究式实践教学、工程化教师培养,以实现劳育结合、知行合一。
At present,there are some problems of separation of knowledge and practice,and separation of labor and education in the labor education,which are manifested in the alienation of'knowledge out of context'from real life,the decomposition of'labor without thinking'to the overall inquiry and the avoidance of'education out of time'to the challenges of the times.The engineering of labor education is based on the real and complete life world,guided by the practical inquiry around the project,the teaching mode of the Engineering Practice Innovation Project(EPIP).The EPIP model of labor education carries out project-based curriculum design,inquiry-based practical teaching,and engineering teacher training on the practice path,so as to realize the combination of labor and education,and the unity of knowledge and practice.
