摘要
对学徒制实施效果进行的终端评估是使英国学徒制保持生命力和保证教学质量不可或缺的重要环节,而承担这份任务的是学徒制终端评估机构。通过对英国学徒制终端评估机构的遴选标准及遴选过程进行分析,梳理出英国学徒制终端评估机构的职责、申请认证、批准程序及评估程序,根据其先进经验,提出我国应该借鉴英国学徒制终端评估机构的遴选机制,通过建设第三方评估机构、制定统一的评估标准、建立评估机构管理机制的措施,持续提高我国职业教育的质量。
End-point assessment is an indispensable element to the development of the standard apprenticeship.End-point assessment organization undertakes the important task of ensuring the quality of apprenticeship.Through the analysis of the responsibilities,application certification,approval procedures and assessment procedures of end-point assessment organization and based on its advanced experience,it is proposed that China should learn from the selection mechanism of the Apprenticeship End-point Assessment Organization,such as the establishment of third-party assessment organizations,the unified evaluation standards and the management mechanisms for assessment organizations,continually to improve the quality of vocational education.
