基于有限元的客运索道用吊架计算及分析

摘要 吊杆吊架是客运索道的重要部件,本文以八人吊厢双吊杆吊架为研究对象,分析了多种载荷组合情况下对吊杆吊架及其关键受力件的影响。并对八人吊厢的吊架及其关键受力件进行了受力分析,并用SolidWorks软件对相关的零件进行了建模及有限元分析,对吊杆结构进行了优化,可为吊杆吊架的设计提供一定参考。 The boom hanger is an important component of passenger ropeways.This article,by taking the eight-passenger cabin dual boom hanger as the research object,has analyzed the influence of various load combinations on the boom hanger and its key stress components.Additionally in this article,a force anal-ysis is conducted on the eight-passenger cabin hanger and its key stress parts,and SolidWorks software is used for modeling and finite element analysis of the relevant parts to optimize the boom structure,thereby providing a certain reference for the design of the boom hanger.
