Effect of father care for infants on social integration of migrant women:based on CMDS2016 data analysis

目的在家庭化迁移与新型城镇化背景下,探讨随迁婴幼儿父职照料对流动女性社会融合的影响,提升流动女性社会融合能力,推动社会和谐、稳定发展。方法利用2016年全国流动人口监测数据,运用OLS计量模型考察随迁婴幼儿父职照料对流动女性社会融合的影响。结果相比于母亲单独照料随迁子女,父职照料使家庭月收入水平提升8.7%,流动女性参与就业率提升25.3%,在本地参加社会保险的数量提高24.0%,参与社区健康教育服务的数量增加14.0%,长期居住意愿提升1.8%,父职照料对流动女性社会融合具有显著的正面影响。年龄、受教育程度、住房状态以及户口迁入意愿是流动女性社会融合的影响因素。异质性分析发现:父职照料对流动女性社会融合的影响存在代际异质性。结论父职照料对新生代流动女性群体社会融合的影响更加明显,随迁婴幼儿父职照料对流动女性社会融合有促进作用。

Objective To explore the effect of father care for infants on social integration of migrant women under the background of family migration and new-type urbanization,improve social integration capacity of migrant women,and promote social harmony and stability.Methods Based on national migrant population monitoring data in 2016,the effect of father care for infants on social integration of migrant women was observed using OLS metering method.Results Compared to mother care alone,father care increased family monthly income level by 8.7%,employment of migrant women by 25.3%,the number of social insurance by 24.0%,participation of community health education services by 14.0%,and long-term settlement intention by 1.8%.Father care had a significant positive impact on social integration of migrant women.Age,educational level,housing status,and willingness to migrate their household registration were the influencing factors of social integration of migrant women.Heterogeneity analysis showed that the effect of father care on social integration of migrant women had intergenerational difference.Conclusion Father care is more pronounced in social integration of new generation migrant women,father care for migrant infants and children can promote social integration of migrant women.
