趋化因子受体6和趋化因子受体7在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床价值 被引量:1

Expressions and clinical value of chemokine receptor 6 and chemokine receptor 7 in breast cancer

摘要 目的分析趋化因子受体6(CCR6)和趋化因子受体7(CCR7)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床价值。方法选取2017年6月—2019年4月杭州市第三人民医院收治的112例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,同期诊治的20例女性乳腺纤维腺瘤患者为对照组。应用免疫组化法检测CCR6和CCR7表达阳性率,分析CCR6、CCR7表达与乳腺癌临床病理参数的关系。结果CCR6和CCR7在乳腺纤维腺瘤组织和乳腺癌癌旁组织中的阳性率均为0,在乳腺癌癌组织中的阳性率分别为32.14%(36例)和41.07%(46例)。乳腺癌癌组织CCR6和CCR7表达与远处转移、腋窝淋巴结转移及肿瘤分期相关(均P<0.05)。CCR6和CCR7在乳腺癌癌组织中的表达呈负相关(r=-0.72,P<0.05)。结论CCR6和CCR7在乳腺癌癌组织中高表达,且二者表达呈负相关。 Objective To analyze the expressions and clinical value of chemokine receptor 6(CCR6)and chemokine receptor 7(CCR7)in breast cancer.Methods From June 2017 to April 2019,112 breast cancer patients treated in the Third People’s Hospital of Hangzhou were selected,20 patients with breast fibroadenoma were selected as control group.The positive expression rates of CCR6 and CCR7 were detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationships between CCR6 expression,CCR7 expression and clinicopathological parameters of breast cancer were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of CCR6 and CCR7 in fibroadenoma tissue and paracancer tissue of breast cancer were 0,the positive expression rates of CCR6 and CCR7 in breast cancer tissue were 32.14%(36 cases)and 41.07%(46 cases),respectively.The expressions of CCR6 and CCR7 in breast cancer tissue were correlated with distant metastasis,axillary lymph node metastasis,and tumor staging(P<0.05).In breast cancer tissue,CCR6 expression was negatively correlated with CCR7 expression(r=-0.72,P<0.05).Conclusion CCR6 and CCR7 are highly expressed in breast cancer tissue,and there is a negative correlation between CCR6 expression and CCR7 expression.
