摘要
实验旨在研究三氯异氰尿酸粉在低温(4℃)条件下分别对流感病毒和大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果。以H9亚型禽流感病毒为供试病毒,测定其EID_(50)。将有效氯含量为100、200、400 mg/kg和800 mg/kg的三氯异氰尿酸粉与定量的H9毒株混合,4℃条件下分别作用3、5、10、20 min后接种SPF鸡胚,弃掉24 h死亡鸡胚,37℃孵化器培养7 d收取尿囊液,用1%鸡红细胞测定血凝价;将有效氯含量为100、200 mg/kg和400 mg/kg的三氯异氰尿酸粉分别与定量的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌菌悬液混合,4℃分别作用3、5、10、20 min后,通过定量杀菌实验测定其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌效果。结果表明,低温条件下作用3、5、10、20 min后,有效氯含量在200 mg/kg以上,对H9病毒的杀灭率均达到100%;有效氯含量在100 mg/kg以上,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达到100%。
The aim of this experiment was to study the killing effect of trichloroisocyanuric acid powder on influenza virus and E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus at low temperature(4℃).Subtype H9 avian influenza virus was regarded as the virus which was used to test the EID50.Mix the trichloroisocyanuric acid powder with effective chlorine content of 100,200,400 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg with quantitative H9 strain,acted on separately for 3,5,10 min and 20 min at 4℃.Then SPF chicken embryos were inoculated,and dead chicken embryos were discarded for 24h.Incubation at 37℃for 7 days collected the allantoic fluid,and blood coagulation value was measured with 1%chicken red blood cells.Mix trichloroisocyanuric acid powder with the effective chlorine content of 100,200 mg/kg and 400 mg/kg with the quantitative bacterial solution,after acted on separately for 3,5,10 min and 20 min at 4℃,determine the bactericidal effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus by using quantitative bactericidal experiment.The results showed that the killing rate of H9 virus could reach 100%when the effective chlorine content was more than 200 mg/kg at low temperature for 3,5,10 min and 20 min.When the effective chlorine content is more than 100 mg/kg,the killing rate of escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus can reach 100%.
