七味消疱膏与阿昔洛韦乳膏治疗带状疱疹患者的疗效

Comparison of the Curative Effect of Qiwei Xiaopao Ointment and Acyclovir cream in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

目的比较七味消疱膏与阿昔洛韦乳膏治疗带状疱疹患者对治疗效果、症状体征缓解时间、睡眠状况、焦虑抑郁程度及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2020年9月至2021年6月在赣州市皮肤病医院进行治疗的带状疱疹患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组使用阿昔洛韦乳膏进行治疗,观察组使用七味消疱膏进行治疗,比较两组治疗效果、症状体征缓解时间、睡眠状况、焦虑抑郁程度、疼痛程度及带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组止疱时间、开始结痂时间、全部脱痂时间短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)、焦虑自评量表(SDS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分降低(P<0.05),观察组评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分降低(P<0.05),观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用七味消疱膏治疗带状疱疹的效果优于阿昔洛韦乳膏,可有效缓解患者疼痛,改善焦虑抑郁症状,对睡眠状况的改善具有重要作用,且可使临床治疗时间缩短。

Objective To compare the effects of Qiwei Xiaopao Ointment and Acyclovir cream on the treatment effect, symptom relief time, sleep status, anxiety and depression degree and pain degree in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster. Methods A total of 60 patients with herpes zoster admitted to Ganzhou Dermatology Hospital from September 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30), the control group was treated with Acyclovir cream, and the observation group was treated with Qiwei Xiaopao cream. The treatment effect, symptom relief time, sleep status, anxiety and depression degree, and pain degree of the 2 groups and the incidence of neuralgia after herpes zoster were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the time to stop blister, start time to scab, and time to all scab removal in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the scores of the 2 groups of Sleep Self-Rating Scale(SRSS), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SDS), and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) were significantly lower(P<0.05), and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of the 2 groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of neuralgia after herpes zoster in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion QiweiXiaopao Ointment is more effective than acyclovir cream in the treatment of patients with herpes zoster. It can reduce the pain of patients, improve anxiety,depression and sleep, and shorten the treatment time of the disease, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
