中药足浴联合中药封包治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床价值

To Observe the Therapeutic Value of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Package in the Treatment of Painful Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨在痛性糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗中应用中药足浴联合中药封包的价值。方法选取2018年2月至2021年2月抚顺市中医院收治的300例痛性糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各150例。对照组患者单纯接受甲钴胺治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上采用中药足浴联合中药封包治疗(先给予中药足浴,药物以当归、红花、续断、透骨草、醋没药等展筋通络中药为主,后进行中药封包治疗,于双下肢捆绑外敷),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,治疗后疼痛、感觉减退、麻木及烧灼感评分低于对照组,且试验组治疗后腓总神经的感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)和运动神经传导速度(MNCV)高于对照组,C反应蛋白(CRP)、内皮素1低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴联合中药封包治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,在减轻症状、改善炎症反应等方面效果优于甲钴胺单药治疗。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of applying Chinese medicine foot bath combined with Chinese medicine packet in the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 300 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into 2 groups by random number table method. A total of 150 patients in the comparison group received methylcobalamin only For treatment, 150 patients in the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with traditional Chinese medicine package treatment on the basis of the comparison group(Chinese medicine foot bath was given first, and the medicine was mainly Chinese medicines such as Angelica, safflower, Dipsacus, Tougucao, vinegar and myrrh, etc. After encapsulation of Chinese medicine, binding and external application on both lower extremities), the treatment effects of the 2 groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The scores of pain, hypoesthesia, numbness and burning sensation after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the nerve conduction velocity in the experimental group was higher after treatment In the comparison group, the endothelin 1 and CRP indexes were lower than those in the comparison group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Concslusion The traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with traditional Chinese medicine packet treatment has a significant effect on the treatment of painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The effect is better than mecobalamin monotherapy in reducing symptoms and improving inflammation.
