护患沟通艺术联合舒适护理在尿道下裂术后患儿中的实施价值

Value of nurse patient communication art combined with comfort nursing in children with hypospadias after operation

目的研究护患沟通艺术联合舒适护理对尿道下裂术后患儿的应用价值。方法选取我院2018年2月—2021年2月收治的94例尿道下裂患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组均为47例。对照组给予舒适护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上增加护患沟通艺术,观察两组治疗效果、并发症、尿道狭窄、躯体疼痛程度、患儿哭吵次数与时间、术后首次排便时间及形状和患儿家长满意度。结果(1)观察组护理后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组患儿护理后出血、感染、尿外渗等并发症均低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组护理后尿道狭窄发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);(4)观察组患儿护理后不同原因疼痛占比均低于对照组(P<0.05);(5)观察组护理后哭吵次数与时间低于对照组(P<0.05);(6)观察组首次排便时间及形状均优于对照组(P<0.05);(7)观察组患儿家长满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);(8)观察组生活质量各评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护患沟通艺术联合舒适护理可增强尿道下裂患儿手术效果,降低并发症发生风险,改善就医体验。

Objective To study the application value of nurse patient communication art combined with comfort nursing in children with hypospadias after operation.Methods 94 children with hypospadias treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given comfortable nursing mode,and the observation group increased the art of nurse patient communication on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,complications,urethral stricture,body pain,the number and time of children crying and quarreling,the time and shape of the first defecation after operation and the satisfaction of children’s parents were observed.Results(1)The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)The complications such as bleeding,infection and urinary extravasation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of urethral stricture in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)The proportion of different causes of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)The times and time of crying and quarreling in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(6)The first defecation time and shape in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).(7)The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(8)The scores of quality of life in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The art of nurse patient communication combined with comfortable nursing can enhance the surgical effect of children with hypospadias,reduce the risk of complications and improve the medical experience.
