摘要
宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesions,IUA)是妇科常见的子宫内膜损伤性疾病,可引起经量减少、闭经及不孕等多种临床症状,严重影响女性生殖健康。IUA的发病机制尚不明确,近年来的研究表明,多种信号通路参与IUA的发生发展。这些信号通路的异常启动及相互作用导致子宫内膜的损伤修复障碍、过度纤维化及炎症反应,促进IUA的发生。本文就已发现的IUA发病机制中相关信号通路的研究进展做一综述。
Intrauterine adhesions(IUA)is a common gynecological endometrial injury disease,which can cause menstrual volume reduction,amenorrhea,infertility and other clinical symptoms,that seriously affecting women’s reproductive health.The pathogenesis of IUA is still unclear.Recent studies have shown that a variety of signaling pathways are involved in the occurrence and development of IUA.The abnormal initiation and interaction of these signaling pathways lead to endometrial fibrosis and inflammation,and promote the occurrence of IUA.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress of the related signaling pathways in the pathogenesis of IUA.
