对于含阶梯插头盲槽印制电路板的批量生产,本文采用新阻胶制作工艺,可实现盲槽的阶梯插头无残胶,以解决插头处残胶需要大量人工修理的问题,为生产此类难度板提供新的制作方法。

For the batch production technology of PCB with ladder golden finger blind grooved,and in order to solve the problem of the residual glue in the golden finger which needs a lot of manual repairs,this paper adopts a new adhesive blocking process which can realize blind groove ladder golden finger pad without residual glue.This paper provides a new manufacturing method for the production of this kind of difficulty board.
