摘要
湿流程的中央加药系统是印制电路板工厂自动化项目的重要组成部分,可以减少生产品的储存量、减少人工搬运和预防化学品安全事故。文章基于PCB智能工厂中央加药系统的设计实践,对湿流程生产线中央加药系统的各种末端添加设计方案进行研究,并论述了风险控制,为PCB工厂规划中央加药系统提供参考。
Central Chemicals Supply and Dispensing Control System(CDC)of wet process is the main part of PCB factory automation projects which can reduce chemical storage volume on line,reduce manual handling and prevent chemical safety accident.This paper is based on the design practice of Central Chemicals Supply and Dispensing Control System in PCB smart factory to study different design of end line dosing in wet process and state its risk management,and provides reference for PCB plant to program CDC system.
