摘要
针对如何解放"三下"呆滞煤炭资源、控制地表沉陷问题。以同煤某矿工业广场开采回采面充填与停采方案下沉陷控制为工程背景,应用开采沉陷理论,得出回采面开采宽度、充填宽度及停采保护煤柱宽度三者协调关系与其对地表沉陷影响规律,并对地表移动、变形的大小、范围以及对地面建筑物的危害程度进行评估。结果表明:回采面开采宽度、充填宽度和停采后煤柱留设宽度共同决定了开采沉陷规律,对比局部充填方案和全部充填方案,得出局部充填方案即可以实现开采沉陷控制,形成停采煤柱与充填开采协调控制地面沉陷技术体系,在开采沉陷影响达标情况下,其经济更合理,且完善和发展了开采沉陷控制理论和技术。
Aiming at the problem of how to liberate the stagnant coal resources and control the surface subsidence. Taking the mining face filling and subsidence control under stopping mining scheme of a coal mine industrial square as the engineering background. Based on the theory of mining subsidence,the relationship among mining width, filling width and stopping pillar width and their influence on surface subsidence are obtained. The damage degree of ground buildings is evaluated with the size and range of surface movement and deformation as indexes. The results show that the mining subsidence law is determined by the mining width, filling width and stopping pillar width. By comparing the economic rationality of the partial filling scheme with that of the full filling scheme, it is concluded that the partial filling scheme can realize the control of mining subsidence, and form a technical system of coordinated control of ground subsidence by stopping mining pillars and filling mining. The mining theory and technology are more reasonable, and the subsidence is controlled under the influence of economic development.
