摘要
为确定赵固二矿含水层下厚煤层合理开采方法,采用相似模拟、理论分析和数值模拟方法,分析了分层开采和大采高综采时的"两带"高度、顶板破断和支承压力分布特征。结果表明:相似模拟试验得到的分层开采和大采高综采冒落带高度分别为15 m和22 m;大采高综采工作面两带高度超过65 m,并且分层开采工作面两带高度不超过50 m;大采高综采工作面支承压力影响范围和到工作面煤壁距离均大于分层开采工作面,考虑到含水层高度,该厚煤层应采用分层开采。研究结果可以指导现场生产,并对其他厚煤层开采矿井有一定借鉴作用。
In order to determine the rational mining method of thick coal seam under the aquifer in Zhaogu No.2 mine, the similarity simulation, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation was used to analyze the height of "two zones", the roof fracture and the distribution characteristics of abutment pressure in slicing and fully-mechanized mining with large mining height. The result shows that: the height of caving zone obtained by similar simulation test for slicing and fully-mechanized mining with large mining height are 15 m and 22 m, respectively. The height of fracture zone in fully-mechanized mining face with large mining height exceeds 65 m, and the height of fracture zone in slicing face does not exceed 50 m. The influence range of abutment pressure and the distance to the coal wall of the fully mechanized mining face with large mining height are greater than that of the mining face with slicing. Considering the height of the aquifer, the thick coal seam should adopt slicing method. The research results can guide the field production, and have some reference for other mines with similar conditions.
