摘要
针对龙滩矿弱黏结复合顶板半煤岩巷岩层组合变化大易冒顶漏顶严重掘进工作面掘进速度等问题,通过现场调研、理论分析实验室实验及现场工业性试验等方法系统揭示弱黏结复合顶板巷道掘进工作面围岩破坏机理并进行顶板稳定性研究,研发掘进工作面快速掘进强力掩护装备,提高掘进工作面顶板完整性及巷道锚固质量,对于提升弱黏结复合顶板巷道掘进支护速度,缓解矿井紧张采掘关系,具有重要意义。
In view of the problems such as the change of strata combination in the semi coal and rock roadway with weak bond composite roof in Longtan mine, which is easy to fall and roof leakage, and the serious driving speed of the driving face, through the methods of field investigation, theoretical analysis,numerical simulation, laboratory experiment and field industrial experiment, the mechanism of roof leakage and roof stability of the driving face with weak bond composite roof is systematically revealed and the roof stability is studied, and the driving workers are developed. It is of great significance to improve the integrity of the roof and the anchoring quality of the roadway, to improve the support speed of the weak bond composite roof roadway, and to alleviate the tension of the mining relationship.
