摘要
为解决传统端头及顺槽超前支护采用人工架设单体抬棚钢梁和切顶密集支柱支护存在机械化程度低、劳动强度大、作业环境差等问题,设计了一套横式端头液压支架与若干横式超前液压支架组合成列的支护工艺装置及方法。详细介绍了支架架型结构、技术参数及工艺特点。现场工业性试验表明,设计的支架架型结构合理,推移支护协调灵活,支护效果安全可靠,满足综采工作面端头及超前机械化、自动化支护需求。
In order to solve the problems of manual erection of single shed lifting steel beam and cutting top intensive support for traditional end and groove advance support,such as low mechanization,high labor intensity and poor working environment,a set of supporting technology equipment and method of combination of horizontal end hydraulic support and several horizontal advanced hydraulic supports is designed.The structure,technical parameters and technological characteristics of the support frame are introduced in detail.The field industrial test shows that the designed support frame structure is reasonable,the support coordination is flexible,the support effect is safe and reliable,and meets the requirements of the end of the fully mechanized and automatic support in advance.
