基于排量控制的可变径稳定器设计与试验

Design of Variable Diameter Stabilizer Based on Displacement Control

可变径稳定器配合螺杆钻具可实现造斜率的调节。设计了基于排量控制外径的可变径稳定器,主要包含3个推力活塞各自驱动的巴掌。推力活塞在钻柱内外压差作用下将巴掌推出,稳定器直径变大;通过调节排量来控制滑阀的轴向运动,从而控制内外压差通道的开关。加工可变径稳定器并进行了测试,通过调节排量可有效控制巴掌的伸出、收回,巴掌的推靠力达到34.75 kN,滑阀密封耐温超过150℃,达到了入井的要求。

Variable diameter stabilizer combined with the downhole motor can achieve the adjusting of the build-up capacity.A variable diameter stabilizer based on displacement control was designed,which includes three palms driven by pistons.The piston pushes out the palm under the action of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the drill string,and the diameter of the stabilizer becomes larger.The axial movement of the slide valve is controlled by adjusting the displacement,to control the switch of the differential pressure channel.The variable diameter stabilizer was produced and tested.Through the adjusting displacement,the extension and retraction of the palm can be effectively controlled,the pushing force of the palm can reach 34.75 kN,and the temperature resistance of the slide valve seal exceeds 150℃,which meets the requirements of entering the well.
