用于分支井多级完井的窗口连接器设计及试验 被引量:3

摘要 分支井多级完井工艺(TAML4级及以上)要求分支井眼与主井眼有效连通,且分支井眼和主井眼连接处具备机械完整性。窗口连接器是实现该功能的重要工具,该工具不但为主、分支井眼连接位置提供机械支撑及密封隔离,同时为后续主、分支井眼重入及生产提供机械通道。研制了操作简单、快捷的新型窗口连接机构。通过三维软件建立模型,施加形变量、下压及旋转载荷,对该窗口连接器的材质、结构、强度进行校核,并在地面进行抗扭及下放模拟测试。三维模拟及地面测试结果表明,所设计的窗口连接器方案合理,可满足现场作业需求。 The multi-stage completion technology of multilateral wells(TAML4 and above)requires effective communication between the lateral wellbore and the main wellbore,and the mechanical integrity of the junction between the lateral wellbore and the main wellbore is required.The window connector is important equipment to achieve this function.This equipment not only provides mechanical support and sealing isolation for the connection position of the main and lateral boreholes but also provides mechanical channels for subsequent reentry and production of the main and lateral boreholes.A new type of window connection mechanism with simple and fast operation was developed,and the model was established through 3D software,and the deformation,downward pressure,and rotation load were applied,and the material,structure,and strength of the window connector were checked.Twisting and lowering simulation test,three-dimensional simulation,and ground test results show that the designed window connector scheme is reasonable and feasible,and can meet the needs of field operations.
